The University of La Rioja Foundation reserves the right to cancel or modify those courses that do not have a sufficient number of students.

The minimum age required to participate in the courses is 18 years old (or 17 if the student turns 18 during the same year).

It is compulsory to attend 80% of the classes in order to obtain the diploma.

Return policy

Students who are unable to complete the course after having paid the enrolment fee are entitled to the following refunds.

  • 50% if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the course.
  • 20% if the cancellation is made 7 to 30 days before the start of the course.
  • In no case will refunds be made after the week prior to the start of the course

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Visa refusal: If the visa application is rejected by the Spanish Embassy/Consulate, the enrolment fee will be refunded minus a €150 administration fee.
To do so, the student must send proof of visa refusal from the Embassy / Consulate to the University of La Rioja Foundation, stating the reasons for the refusal.

Only one change of course dates may be made, upon written request prior to the start of the course and attaching proof of payment of the corresponding fee of €50.

In no case will refunds of the enrolment fee be made if the cancellation is communicated outside the established deadlines.

In the event of non-compliance with the school's disciplinary rules, the organisation may cancel the enrolment without the right to any refund.
