Our instructors and instructional assistants are highly qualified professionals, most of them working as professors at University of La Rioja who specialize in different areas most having earned their PhD. We also have external staff working in innovative technology and business companies which help to integrate ‘the real world’ experience into the classroom. Classes during the regular program through the year and in the summer programs are always engaging, challenging, and prepare to generate special connections with students. No regular assessment or evaluation is conducted.

In addition, we have highly trained resident assistants (RAs) who have completed university degrees in education or who are current university students completing their student teaching requirements.

UR-Talent administrators love working with young people and are always on hand to ensure that resident assistants and instructors are providing students the opportunity to get the best out of their experience both in class and outside during organized free-time activities.
