Support/Services
Our staff is here to serve UR Talent participants 24 hours a day with any problems or issues that may arise. If a student is in need of special services because of a disability, special meal requests, or any other specific service, please contact urtalent@unirioja.es
Student Travel Information
International students will arrive at the Madrid Barajas Airport on Sunday, July 13, 2025. From the airport, students will be accompanied by UR-Talent staff to Logroño. Students will also travel back to Madrid accompanied by UR-Talent staff on Friday, July 25, 2025. (Pick up and drop off is included in the tuition fee).
Meal Requests
We offer a wide selection of foods at every meal. We can accommodate vegetarian diets and offer gluten-free options. If a participant has an allergy to certain foods, please be sure to let us know on their enrollment form.
Student Support Unit
If a participant in the program finds themselves in need of help with a roommate change, homesickness, physical emergencies, mental health issues, etc, we have a team prepared to help them through problems and find solutions. There will be a psychologist on staff who specializes in high-ability students who will be available to help with any issues that may arise.
Medical Support
Travel insurance will be offered to all international UR-Talent participants, included in the tuition fee. More information about travel insurance can be found in your welcome packet upon admission to the program.
